Evans Construction, Inc. is an Arkansas based company.  Our broad area of expertise in all types and phases and types of construction, with experience and ability to produce reults in various sectors of construction from papermill construction to sporting facitlies, leisure, retail, restuarant, residential, to the more diverse projects such as structural concrete, structural steel, municipal, utility, road/ bridge, airport.
